The Course
PhD started as a drop-zone for all of the “lessons learned” in this business.
Over the course of 14 years in the Design & Construction Industry, I’ve made A LOT of mistakes...but I have also learned how to correct them, and how to pivot and implement strategies to not make the same mistake twice.
In building this business from the ground up, I have learned each step through trial and error, by asking the right questions, and trusting myself and those who inspire me.
I really love sharing my knowledge and making the path that I forged into an easier road to travel for those coming behind me. And that, my friend, is you!
Along with my own knowledge, I have also met with numerous students and up-and-coming designers to understand their questions, pain-points and obstacles. All of which we have worked into this course.
Think of it like 14 years of coaching, rolled into one program that you can revisit over and over again.

Your Instructor - Brit Wright
Brittany Steptoe Wright is an accomplished designer, contractor and Podcast host. She holds a Degree in Sustainable Development from Dalhousie University, a Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute and owns two brick and mortar businesses, as well as three digital based enterprises.
In her free time you can find Brit at the farm, competing in showjumping with her horse, travelling, or spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Brit lives a Profitable, Happy Life in Aurora (ON) Canada.
